He holds a master's degree in Information Technology Engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad (FUM). With over 15 years of extensive experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, he currently serves as the Head of IT and Cybersecurity at Khorasan Razavi Regional Water Authority in Mashhad, Iran. In this capacity, he has successfully managed and executed a variety of critical projects, including Data Center Virtualization, Data Center Design and Implementation, Backup and Restore Solutions, Disaster Recovery Procedures, and Network Security. His core responsibilities
encompass designing, managing, and securing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring its resilience, security, and operational efficiency.
In addition to his primary role, he is actively involved in several specialized committees and working groups within the Ministry of Energy, contributing to national initiatives in the water industry. Some of the most notable memberships include:
1. Member of the Specialized Working Group on Information Technology Infrastructures of the Efficiency Optimization Committee, Iran Water Resources Management Company.
2. Member of the Cybersecurity Working Group for the Iranian Water Industry. 3. Member of the Specialized Services Working Group for the Iran Water Industry.
4. Member of the Working Group on Administrative Automation Systems, Ministry of Energy.
Throughout his career, he has specialized in network infrastructure, unified system deployment, and server virtualization. His extensive experience has enabled him to identify market needs and develop innovative solutions, leading to the conception of Revoical startup.
