Last updated: June 20, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Revoical website, customer portal, products, services, support, communication tools, and related solutions provided by Revoical Inc.

By accessing our website, using our customer portal, requesting information, purchasing or using our services, or communicating with Revoical, you agree to these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website, customer portal, products, or services.

1. About Revoical Services

Revoical provides business communication solutions, including Hosted PBX, self-hosted communication solutions, VoIP services, AI-powered communication features, technical support, consulting, configuration, deployment, and related services.

Specific products or services may be subject to additional agreements, service orders, statements of work, proposals, product-specific terms, or customer contracts. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement between Revoical and a customer, the signed written agreement will control to the extent of that conflict, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Use of the Website

You may use the Revoical website for lawful business purposes, including learning about our products and services, contacting our team, requesting information, submitting forms, and accessing publicly available content.

You agree not to use the website in a way that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringes the rights of Revoical or any third party.
  • Interferes with the security, availability, or operation of the website.
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, portal, server, or network.
  • Introduces viruses, malware, harmful code, or disruptive tools.
  • Collects information through scraping, crawling, automated tools, or unauthorized methods.
  • Misrepresents your identity, company, authority, or affiliation.
  • Submits false, misleading, harmful, unlawful, or abusive content.

Revoical may restrict, suspend, or block access to the website where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.

3. Customer Portal and Account Responsibility

Customers may receive access to a Revoical customer portal or account interface to manage service information, users, configurations, support requests, billing-related details, or other service-related functions.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
  • Ensuring only authorized users access the portal.
  • Assigning appropriate roles and permissions.
  • Keeping account, billing, contact, service, and configuration information accurate and up to date.
  • Reviewing and managing users, phone numbers, extensions, call flows, service addresses, and related settings.
  • Promptly notifying Revoical of unauthorized access, suspected compromise, or security concerns.
  • Ensuring their users comply with these Terms and all applicable policies.

Customers are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account, except to the extent caused by Revoical’s unauthorized actions or where otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Customer Information and Service Configuration

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for service setup, provisioning, billing, support, compliance, and operation.

This may include company information, authorized contacts, service locations, phone numbers, extensions, user information, technical configuration, network details, emergency service addresses where applicable, and other information required to provide the services.

Revoical is not responsible for service issues, failed provisioning, incorrect routing, billing errors, support delays, or emergency calling issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unauthorized customer-provided information.

5. VoIP and Communication Services

Revoical communication services may depend on customer equipment, Internet connectivity, local networks, power availability, compatible devices, third-party carriers, SIP trunk providers, cloud infrastructure, routing providers, and other external systems.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their network, devices, firewall rules, Internet connection, power supply, and local environment are suitable for the services they use.

VoIP and cloud communication services may not function during power outages, Internet outages, network failures, device failures, misconfiguration, service suspension, third-party provider outages, or other events outside Revoical’s reasonable control.

6. VoIP 9-1-1 Emergency Calling

Where VoIP 9-1-1 emergency calling is available and activated for eligible services, it may work differently from traditional telephone emergency calling.

Customers must review and comply with the VoIP 9-1-1 Emergency Service Policy. Customers are responsible for ensuring that registered service addresses, most likely physical addresses, callback numbers, user locations, and emergency calling information are accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

Emergency calling may be limited or unavailable in certain circumstances, including but not limited to power failure, Internet outage, network failure, device failure, service suspension, incorrect address information, customer misconfiguration, relocation of devices or users, or third-party provider issues.

Customers are responsible for informing their users, employees, agents, contractors, and anyone who may use the service about the nature and limitations of VoIP 9-1-1 emergency calling.

Revoical does not represent that VoIP 9-1-1 emergency calling will function in the same way as traditional wireline emergency calling.

7. AI-Powered Communication Features

Revoical may provide AI-powered communication features as part of certain products or services. These features may include automated assistance, call-related processing, conversation support, summaries, routing support, or other AI-enabled communication functions.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Using AI-powered features in compliance with applicable laws and policies.
  • Ensuring they have any required notices, permissions, or consents from users, employees, callers, customers, or other individuals.
  • Reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them for important decisions.
  • Ensuring that AI-powered features are configured appropriately for their business use case.
  • Not using AI-powered features for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

AI-powered features may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs. Revoical does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for every business, legal, medical, financial, emergency, or compliance decision.

8. Third-Party Services and Providers

Revoical services may integrate with, depend on, or be supported by third-party services and providers, including telecom carriers, SIP trunk providers, VoIP providers, emergency calling providers, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics tools, payment processors, software vendors, device manufacturers, and other technical partners.

Revoical is not responsible for third-party services, networks, systems, platforms, content, outages, delays, data handling practices, pricing changes, terms, or failures, except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written agreement with Revoical.

Use of third-party services may be subject to separate third-party terms, conditions, privacy policies, service limitations, or fees.

9. Acceptable Use

Customers and users must use Revoical services only for lawful, authorized, and appropriate business purposes.

You may not use Revoical services to engage in:

  • Fraud or abuse.
  • Spam or unlawful robocalling.
  • Harassment or threats.
  • Impersonation.
  • Unauthorized access.
  • Network attacks or illegal traffic.
  • Deceptive communications.
  • Any activity that harms Revoical, other customers, service providers, networks, or the public.

Additional acceptable use requirements may be described in the Acceptable Use & Service Availability section of this policy page or in a separate customer agreement.

Revoical may suspend, restrict, or terminate services where we reasonably believe that a customer or user is violating these Terms, applicable law, carrier requirements, regulatory requirements, or acceptable use obligations.

11. Customer Content and Feedback

Customers may provide information, content, configuration data, technical details, prompts, messages, files, recordings, support materials, feedback, suggestions, or other materials to Revoical in connection with the services.

Customers retain ownership of their own content and data, subject to any rights granted to Revoical as necessary to provide, support, secure, improve, and operate the services.

12. Confidentiality

Customers and Revoical may exchange business, technical, operational, or service-related information that is confidential in nature.

Each party should use reasonable care to protect confidential information and should not disclose it to unauthorized third parties, except where required to provide the services, comply with law, support regulatory obligations, obtain professional advice, or as otherwise permitted under a written agreement.

If a separate non-disclosure agreement or customer agreement applies, that agreement will govern confidential information to the extent of any conflict.

13. Privacy

Business customers are responsible for providing any required privacy notices and obtaining any required permissions or consents from their users, employees, callers, customers, contractors, or other individuals whose information may be processed through the services.

14. Billing, Payments, and Taxes

If you purchase paid services from Revoical, billing, payment, pricing, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms may be described in a quote, service order, invoice, customer agreement, or other written arrangement between you and Revoical.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, customers are responsible for all applicable fees, charges, taxes, duties, and amounts associated with the services they purchase or use.

Failure to pay amounts when due may result in service suspension, restriction, or termination, subject to applicable law and the terms of any written agreement.

15. Service Changes, Maintenance, and Availability

Revoical may update, modify, improve, suspend, discontinue, or replace parts of its website, customer portal, products, or services from time to time.

We may perform maintenance, updates, security improvements, or technical changes that may affect service availability. Where reasonable, Revoical may provide notice of planned maintenance or material service changes.

Service availability may be affected by factors outside Revoical’s control, including Internet failures, customer network issues, power outages, third-party carrier issues, cloud provider outages, emergency service provider issues, device failures, misconfiguration, cyber incidents, force majeure events, or regulatory requirements.

  • Your use creates a security, legal, regulatory, operational, or reputational risk.
  • Your use harms Revoical, customers, providers, networks, or the public.
  • Required payments are overdue.
  • Continued service is prohibited by law, regulation, provider requirement, or carrier requirement.

Customers may stop using the services or cancel services according to the applicable service order, customer agreement, or cancellation process.
